We bought a P3 toshiba laptop, told battery was good was soon as we started it up it needed to be charged and wouldnt stay charged, then put antivirus program in it and it wouldnt access the internet

Attery was crap, and windows wouldnt work now i cant do anything not even install a new version of windows
