Recovery CD SCAM! Ripoff UNION New Jersey

This Company charges an Arm and a leg for its products, mainly the Toshiba Laptop version satellite-P35.
When I first bought it everthing was working fine. Then I needed to use the recovery cd to restore the laptop but the recovery cd that was included with my laptop was for version A70, not P35. Being that the price was over $1300 I figured when I called I would be sent a cd ASAP, but the representative told me I would have to pay $39 for this cd that should have been included with my laptop in the firs place. And to further add to their "Scam-like" activity, the microsoft word program that should have been fully installed on my laptop only had the trial version; at $1300 I was hood-winked!
