Capital One has sent law firms after me, taken me to court and won.
I had a credit card from them, owed about 800.00. I had also purchased the "insurance" to pay the balance. My limit was 500.00. After becoming dissabled,
and using the insurance to pay this thing off, (which only pays the 500.00)
I had a ballance of 300.00. I had no income and was not able to pay.
I now owe them 1300.00 in fees etc. They won in court so now they are taking my bank accounts and worse they have seized my home heating credit.
I feel that left to run they will go after everything I have (not much left!)
