This company (probably not even legally licensed) was hired by myself in may to assist in enacting a mortgage modification and has done nothing but given me verbal rhetoric and baloney over the

This company was paid a sum of $2500.00 by me in may and promised to work with my mortgage company to enact a modification in accordance with president o'bama's program to lower the interest rate by simply restructuring my mortgage at a lower interest rate.

Since may of last year I now realize that all they were was a bunch of hot air and actually took no steps whatsoever except to insult my intelligence over the phone by telling me such quotes as "we are actively working with bank of america, mr. Jordan... And so on... They convinced me to forego making my regular mortgage payments from june through august... All they have done is helped to destroy my good credit and because of the 3 month default of payments "bac home loans servicing", a collection company directly associated with bank of america has been hounding me 3-4 times per week threatening me with jeopardizing my right to have any future v.
