Customer relations very poo

I was prompted to submit this report by another person's experience with Aaron's. I had been to the computer it was making payments on time. I was doing well and decided to have two more, one for my daughter and one for my wife. I was making payments on time but started to have problems.

We were renting a home in the owner was being foreclosed on. We moved to a different part of the city is still had the same zip code. A lot of things happen which are too long to go into which prevent me from making payments on time. When we moved we did not give errands are change of address simply because we forgot. Aaron's was the least of our concerns.

They finally make contact with us about three weeks later. The manager spoke to my wife in sarcastic manner. He actually told my wife that Aaron's, because we didn't inform them of our address change, looks at it as theft. Overall he spoke my wife in a belittling manner.

Once these computers are paid off the last time I ever step into another Aaron's store.
