Hours on the phone, hung up on and transferred rudely

Never ever sign up with this junkshow... Direct Tv will have you on the phone for hours and you will be hung up on transferred and treated very rudely. I only wish I could get out of this nightmare called Direct Tv. I only wish I could pick more than one option to tell people how bad this company really is.
