This company is a rip - off. The company will have you holding on the line for a very long time. The representative had an attitude (Carol). She tried to justify that the terms of the rebate was not followed correctly. She said that the dates on the gas receipts did not correspond with the terms and agreement. Therefore, it was void. I saw several complaints online before calling this company. I now understand why there are so many complaints against this company. It is a scam! I never received an email or letter from this company stating that the rebate was void. This company cannot be trusted. I saw over nine complaints online. I hope someone go after this company. It should not be allowed to be... Deceptive.
