Stuart Lee Rebates
Stuart Lee Rebates cost you a stamp and you don't get a rebate! Lynwood Washington

Electronics and household app.

I renewed my AT&T cell phone plan at my local Costco. I was provided a rebate form with all of the required information entered and copies required to receive my rebate. I confirmed all of the information was correct and mailed it to Stuart Lee Rebates as instructed the day after I renewed my contract (w/i the 30 days).
And today I received a letter stating that my claim was declined. The reason was that I was required to subscribe to a $20 minimum for enhanced service or mobile TV service. I reviewed the "Terms and Conditions" which does not state anything closely resembling this information. I decided to go on-line and ask for clarification.

I went to the website and went to the "Contact Us" button. It takes you to a form to complete all of the information and then a text box for your comment. I wanted to know where in the "Terms and Conditions" it states that I need to have a $20 minimum of % service. Well, after you complete the form, there is no "Send" button or a "Submit" button! Yes, I completed all of the required blocks.
AT&T says, "Contact Stuart Lee Rebates". Costco says, "Contact Stuart Lee Rebates". I would if I could! They correspond through snail mail, no contact phone number, and you can't contact them on their website... Something is not right with this picture.
If you have read any of other comments on this site regarding their company, I know what their response will be:
"Dear Blah-Blah,
I read your complaint this morning and I am sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience with the rebate process. It sounds like you are extremely frustrated about not receiving your rebates.
Without knowing your name we can not check anything for you in our system. I can however ask you to contact us through our website and we will be happy to try and assist you.
I would also like to state that we have processed over three million rebates. Our goal is to give excellent customer service to our clients and their customers. The clients we service are the most reputable businesses you will ever encounter. Stuart Lee is not in the business of giving anyone the run around or scamming them. Our goal has and will always be to service the customer to the best of our ability. Please contact our website at www.stuartleerebates.com to see if we can further assist you. This website was designed specifically to help customers like you. It also gives you a record of your contact with us."
Sorry, this is a smoke screen. Wait a couple of days and you will see their rebuttal to my comments are the same as this one. When you are offerred a rebate, check what company processes the rebates. If it is Stuart Lee Rebates or Wireless Advocates, LLC, don't fall for it. And both of these companies besides cell phones. If you fall for this rebate, it will cost you a stamp and time from everyone telling you to contact someone (Stuart Lee) that does not exist.

You want me to contact you... Give me a way to contact you other than snail mail. I know when I do send you a letter through snail mail, you will respond stating that I have exceeded the time limit to contest my denial for a rebate. You want me to contact you... Fix your website or leave a contact number with your rebuttal! In fact my email is: staycee1967@yahoo.com. Contact me and tell me what I have to do to get my rebate if you are so honest and have great customer service. You do that and I will post a comment "admitting what I overlooked" because I'm sure according to Stuart Lee Rebates, I didn't do something correctly. So, if there is no admittance from me below their standard rebuttal... It's proof that it is a scam.

I hope I have saved someone time and money.
