USA Computer, Does not pay rebates

I purchased the usb 2.0 t.V. Dongle (model # PVR-TV-300U) from Fry's electronics on 5/19/06 and sent out the $20 and $25 rebate form with all the required receipts and UPC from the package on 5/20/06. I never received either check.

They did not honor their rebates that I sent in. These rebates were the only reason I purchased this item.
After emailing the company five months later they responded saying that i did not enclose the receipt.

I submitted the receipts as required and I still have all copies of everything I sent to the company. I also emailed them all the documents again as proof but my email was ignored. The company is not upholding their end of the rebate and are not being honest in their sales practices.

I also filed a complaint with the FTC and the BBB.

I would recommend that everyone stay away from this company and the junk they sell. (Tuner dongle does not work right and is cheaply made)
