Still holding over $15, ooo of our money that was to be refunded

My wife and i contracted for a log home package from suwannee river log homes. Our intent was to sell our business and home in south florida and move to a lot we had purchaed in northern florida and have srlh supply us with a package and to build our home... Based on this and sitting down with ben miller and his team we gave them over $17,000 as a deposit for this dream.in this contract there was a clause that if we could not obtain financing that our deposit would be returned less $2500.00 for plans and blueprints that they provided... Needless to say all "heck" broke loose in south florida and the price of homes and businesses plumeted. We applied for financing and was turned down by 2 institutions. Given this we sent srlh our refusals from the 2 lenders with a request for our refund... We have received to date $2500.00 from them with over $12,000 still due us. Mr. Miller will not return calls nor answer his cell phone on calls from us... We are very upset! This company is not reputable and should not be used for any business. They will take your money and use it for other purposes than those related to your business. Again they are not to be trusted and are not truthful with their business dealings... Do not do business with them!!
