How can you be so petty when I am not even in default!

I had my car financed through this company for quite sometime now. I make my payment on time with the exception of one month if not early every month.
There is one female agent in particular that will harass you before your payment is even due to find out when are you going to make your payment. Why give clients payment books with dates on them if they are going to call and harass you pertaining to your payment?
I recently fell on hard times, as alot of Americans have, and was 3 days late on my payment. I received a phone call stating that my account was in review for repossession and that the company wanted to know the condition of the vehicle so they could come pick it up. Thank God I was able to make my payment and keep my vehicle.
In discussing this with different people I found three different people from different walks of life that have dealt with this company. Two of which actually had their cars reposed for payments of three days late. Had I knew that this company was such a ripoff and would harass me to such lengths I would have NEVER dealt with them!!!
