Ripoff can't handle payments and credits

We bought a truck from Drivetime. The payments are set up for twice a month. If you go in and make two payments on the first, they will call and harass and verbally abuse you on the 15th. When you point out that you made the payment for the 15th on the first, they will still harass you and say that is not how you agreed to pay. They will call and say they have not gotten a payment for two months until I fax them a bank statement showing they have cashed the checks. Even though we are a payment ahead they will still call and threaten every time a payment is due. We are at the point of calling a lawyer and suing. These people are complete idiots.
