Beware of their practices - DIfficult to use, locked up ouruser access several times

We secure a one year package from Constant Contact to use them for e-mail newsletters advising our customers of upcoming sales. We made our first newsletter, sent it and our account was locked up, because 12 of the 2500 recipients emails were returned as SPAM. We called to have our account reset, and were told that we need to be more careful to make sure that their company was not in violation of the CAM-Spam laws. Yes, because 12 people got ONE email from us... I personally get 127 Viagra emails a day, and the world is worried about my 12...
