International Magazine Service ripoff, false billing, accusing me of ordering service when i was 1700 miles away and proved it

This service told me that i had to pay for something that i didnt order. I was 1700miles away and proved it. They informed me i still hd to pay no matter what. Told me that they woudl ruin my credit if i didn't pay. Told em i was a lier for saying i didnt order over the phone. Refused to let me talk to the supervisor. Keeps calling and harrassing me to pay.
