Chicago Moving Systems This company is a fraud. Don't give them credit card numbe

I planned to move on 11/21 from Troy, MI to Neenah, WI, by hiring RVL moving services. My contract number is 34039, purchase date 11/7. The order date is deliberately mistaken 1/1/1900, I did not know at that time (please see the attached document). When I called then they said that it was a software problem and I don't have to worry about it. They charged me $70 in credit card as a deposit.
On the moving day he will sent me a dispatcher to move my stuff. I asked the dispatcher's phone number, he said that it is not important to know his phone number as he has more than 1 dispatcher. At that time I did not know that it is a scam operation and I gave him the benefit of the doubt. But on the moving day (11/21) they did not show up and I waited for whole day. I called the person Max Nelson of RVL Services 847-410-2072. He did not pick up the phone, I left a message. No one called me on 11/21 from 847 area code. I waited whole day with all my stuff packed. They did not have the courtesy to call me and let me know they could not come. When I asked my money back he refused to pay and repeatedly lying about that he sent a dispatcher named Bill of Chicago moving systems 847-588-3006, they called my cell phone on moving day. My phone record does not show any incoming call from 847 area code.
Now when I call them they become disrespectful and hearing the tone of their voice I can feel that they are operating a scam operation. First thing they say you have to go to court to get your money back. But obviously for $70 no one will go to court if anyone respects the utilization of personal time.By knowing this they are running the scam operation and defrauding general public by taking their credit card as a security deposit and not showing up on the day of service.
