Withdrew Money From My Account Without Permission

I noticed a check for $49.95 presented to my Bank of America accout that I did not authorize. I contacted the company FreedomCS and asked what it was for. They stated that I authorized it when I applied for a payday loan with United Cash Loans. United Cash Loans denies it but I think they are aware of the problem. I was told that they would only send me a paper check refund and it would take 15 days. After 15 days no check. I called FreedomCS again and they had the nerve to ask me for my new bank account info so they could deposit my money into my new account. I refused. They then advised that they would have to electronically deposit my refund into my old account and when that was rejected they would then issue me a paper check. Simply amazing that they could not refund my money to my account while it was open but now they must do it electronically before cutting a paper check. I asked for the name of the owner of the company and they said that information is not available. The address comes back to a strip mall in Las Vegas. I have filed a police report but as the officer stated nothing would be done. Just for informational purposes only. Shameful.
