Made an unathorized debit transaction with a fake check to my bank account!

Just like any other person in need of cash in between pay days I opted to try a payday loan. After not being able to obtain a payday loan, three days latter I see a check made out to freedom subcriptions for 49.95. First off I dont write check I always use a debit card or cash. I tried calling the number to no avail. I also went to the crappiest website I ever seen. (www.freedomcs.com)
I called my bank and they said since it was an online transaction I would have to go in to my local bank branch and sign an form for fraudlent activity on my account. I will updated you with what happends at the bank since to day is the weekend.
After this incident I will NEVER inquire about another PAYDAY loan again!!!
