Boca Raton Bellmans Getting Ripoff By Management and Guest

I worked at the resort last until 2009
and as a Bellman i notice that my paychecks amounts were being change
every pay period
this is how it works

$2.20 per hour
service charge (this means that every time you check in or out bellman account
gets 4.00in 4.00out if you stay 2 weeks or 5 days bell man only get paid when
you come or when you go home.
The other days nothing.
The problem is that it gets divided between all 35 bellman
so the bellman that check you In or out gets $0.12 cents only
so my checks were $460.00 for two weeks but that's not the only problem
the rest goes to the bonus of managements per year. And they force the bellman
to tell the guest that there is a service charge of $20.00 dollars
wen the bell man only get 0.12cents from that. On top of that we had to say
all gratuities are at your discretion.

So when you go to a hotel don't tip the manager or the front desk
tip the one that pulls and drags and delivers everything to you
and 2.00 dollars can't buy anything
tip $5.00 $10.00 $20.00 that's a tip
