Poor customer service from Concierge and Bellman

The concierge is unfriendly, provides short brief answers and is quite frankly rude. The hotel also always has 4-5 guests waiting to speak to the concierge, this could be solved by putting an additional concierge when hotel is busy.

Asked to hotel to schedule a shuttle to SFO airport for our departure. The vendor they used sent a 7 passenger van for 8 guests. I informed the bellman that this was unsafe, would be uncomfortable and also illegal (wasnt a seatbelt.) The bellman said it was not his problem. I asked the bellman to call for the manager on duty. He refused to do so. Another guest started yelling at me that he has to leave for the airport. This situation was caused by the hotel as I asked them to schedule a ride. The bellman would not take ownership of the situation. 2 e mails and voice mail to GM of the hotel have now gone unanswered. I have complained to Starwood corprate now, I am sure will get a repsonse quickly his way.

Mailed Check for Bellman Cart, check was cashes but I have never received the Bellman's Cart and now company is closed maybe?
