Misleading people - vonage

Hi, in Vonage ad, it says that UNLIMITED but it actually limited. They are misleading people and when customer comes to know this fact and tries to disconnect the service, they will charge $49.99 as disconnection chanrges!!!
Their 'UNLIMITED' concept is limited. Be careful!
