Countrywide countrywide Stole our family home! We were in modification and "cw" foreclosed on our home, without letting us know! We were tricked in the worst possible way! We are honest hard working Americans!

Countrywide stole our family home! We want them to pay! Please, help me find a way to join a class action lawsuit against these criminals! We were in a modification situation in I did exactly what I was told by the "HOPE" dpt. I have all documentation. I was told to stop payments, I did, to show that we have financial difficulty. I put my home up for sale, short sale, it was for sale for 7 month, no offers! I am a real estate agent my salary was cut by 75 % in to add insult to injury, I help people with this kind of problems daily, I trusted countrywide, they played me for several months. I got a call from a fellow broker in our area (HOW EMBARESSING!) he said he has my home and he is sorry. My home I said! What home? I only own one. I was so floored that the only thing out of my mouth was " it's not personal!" ya right! It is our home! I was at this point so embarrassed that I could not talk. I was in a MODIFICATION with these crooks when they foreclosed on me!!! I was doing everything that was asked of me, I was trusting because I was working with a Reputable Bank! What a shock my family went through! I lost my credit standing, I have had to rent a home, the owner of that home decided to sell, we had to move again, 23rd of December! Merry Christmas to us! We are renting again. We lost our home and our dignity with it! We are hard working honest Americans! This is wrong and I want Justice!!!
