Countrywide charges fees to drive by your home p o box 5170 simi valley

I have a mortgage with country wide and i am two months behind with my payments but i manage to keep it to only two months behind. I've tried working out a plan with them since sept 08 to redudce my payments till i find work but was told nothing could be done. When i looked at my statement there was late charge of $76.00 because i was late but i also noticed an additional fee of $45.00

I called countrywide about those extra charges and was told that they drive around my property to check that is is being takened care and also to see if i am still at the property.

I live in a townhouse and countrywide knows that the property is takened care by the hoa. My home is private and the only way they would know if i still lived here would be to knock on my door. I've been in contact with them and they know that i am still in my home. If they really were checkin ghe property they would knock on my door.in january of 09 they sent me certificate in which i had to sign so countrywide knows dam well i am still in my home!

They neeed to stop these practices and we need to start a class action lawsuit to put a stop to this!
