Hid like a trojan horse on the application on a another company i was appling for and withdrew monies from account for services i did not want

On January. 6 I applied for a card with one company agreeing to their terms. On January. 21 I found out that my account was overdrawn, and that not only the company i applied with withdrew from my account, but also Academy Credit withdrew almost $50.00 as well. I immediately called the company that had my application was with, and questioned why i had two charges from them. I was explained that they have nothing to do with that company besides sharing page space, and was given a number to contact them. I then called Academy credit and proceeded in questioning why they charged me anything to begin with. I explained I did not ask, nor need, nor want their services.

The first thing the operator did was try to get me to understand their services, upon realizing I had no interest in them, he explained what was needed to cancel the account I did not want from them. He also explained whom the one and only person in accounting was for me to speak with, so that the withdrew monies could be returned. I called four times to speak with her, speaking to four different supervisors, and was told four different reasons why she was unavailable. 6 days later after the first time calling these people I called again to speak with "the one and only" person in charge of such situations, to once again get her voice mail. I did leave a message again, in total frustration I called them back asking to speak to someone else in charge to assist me, another supervisor was what I got, whom enlightened me how busy the head of accounting was with over 1500 customers to deal with, and was explained that there was no one else, that the infamous "one and only" was it, and that above her was the ceo and owner only.

After insisting that there had to be someone else to talk to, they transfered me to "the infamous one and only" who was of no assistance she flat out told me she saw no reason to refund my money, even after being explained that I did not give their company permission to even look at my account. Ignorantly she expressed to me that she was the only one in control of refunding monies and that if I wanted I could resubmit my dispute and call back tomorrow. Which I will, again and again until this situation is resolved. I have not ever before given my personal information online, and after this experience I will not ever again even apply for anything online. I can not afford to give away my hard earned money, especially to scam corporation that hide withing the application of other companies, making their money off of people who don't even know of their company until seeing their charges. Run by many supervisors, only one head of a department, and no one overseeing any of it.
