Island Links misleading sales tactics - not what you think it is after the dust settles

My Wife and I are extremly disappointed in the way the saleperson mislead us to believe we were getting something we did not get. The following issues have completely broken our trust with this company:
1) Complete lack of communication and timeliness in getting us our post sale paperwork.
2) We were not explained correctly, the difference between Points Resorts and Weeks Resorts and were lead to believe that we could use our time share in a unit at the property we were shown three weeks out of the year as long as we booked it 45 days or less through the travel mananement time share company RCI.
3) Through final getting a hold of their processing officer, he informed me that my paperwork is on the way and that the way we were sold is not correct and that we could not use the property that was represented to us because it is a point resort and the point value to use this property was 80,000 points. Meaning that we could really only use that similar property one week every 3 years. We could not call within the 45 day window and use any of there properties because they are point resorts. He informed me that we could only use week resorts which are other properties within the RCI network that we have not seen yet, but they are supposedly nice. This is not why we bought!
4) We still have not recieved our paperwork or our RCI official information as of yet, 5 months later.
5) I was also informed that the sales person that sold us the time share no longer work for the company and her cell phone that she gave us is no longer in service and she is nowhere to be found.
6) I requested a call back from their senior sales manager, the person who could help smooth things out, and have yet to have a call back due to numerous excuses and delays. I requested his cell phone and email and was refused getting that information so I can communicate.
7) As of today, I was supposed to get a call back by the end of the business day. It did not happen. I called multiple times and got thrown into their endless loop. Could not even get a hold of a receptionist!
Extremely disappointed in this whole process and lack of professional communication. As of now, I am an owner of one of there properties, and certainly not being treated like one. Hope someone from this company reads this and calls me to straighten things out.
Be ware of this company. Period the end!!!
