First off this company only cares about itself. They will make the consumer pay unreasonable fees upfront. These consumers are people who are struggling and trying to grasp for hope.
Upper management tells its employees to do whatever it takes to get deals, including telling its employees not to disclose information about its services. I believe this company purposefully puts consumers in a bad situation for their own personal gain.
In addition to these first couple of points this company does not pay its employees for the work that they do.
This company's goal is to put consumers, employees, anyone who comes in contact with this company in a bad situation.
