Credit Solutions (formerly Credit Solutions Of America) Consumers & Potential Employees Beware: Questionable Ethics and Integrity

Credit Solutions is a place where ethics and integrity are not important to management, and that attitude trickles down the the associates. If you call into the customer service line and feel like you never talk to the same person twice, it is because the mentality among upper management is to give new employees about two weeks to get aclimated to their job. If after those two weeks that person has not mastered their job, they are fired.

The turnover rate at this company is so high, I would guess that not many associates make it beyond the 6 month mark. If one manager in particular decides she just doesn't care for someone, that person is immediately fired and is given no real reason except that they are not a fit for the company.

Certain managers have been sleeping around and/or propositioning young, female employees, and upper management has turned a blind eye to it. They've even fired some female employees for bringing the sexual harrassment allegations to the forefront.

There have been instances where a "favored" employee has committed fraud, and it was looked upon as something helpful and amusing.

The sales force is trained to approach potential customers with a hard-core sales strategy, ala "The Boiler Room." They don't have the first clue if what they are telling you is the truth, i.E., that a consumer can and will be sued if they stop paying their bills — signing up for a debt settlement program does not protect consumers from being sued, or (my favorite) telling customers that the company can settle a debt that they know for a fact will be settled at 100% or more of the original debt (plus their may be a judgement/garnishment/accountlevy!) They don't want clients to know these details because they want to make the sale.

The bottom line here is that anyone could settle their own debt themselves. There is no need to hire a company to do it for you. Only you know the true state of your financial affairs. Believe me, almost any creditor would prefer to settle the account with the debtor than with a 3rd party debt settlement company like Credit Solutions. Save your money and your emotions!
