Comm-Services LLC Received a DVD in the mail that I did not order. Think it is a scam. Called them and they said they would look into it. Would give me no more information and said they would look into it. No apologies

Received a DVD in the mail today titled Blunt, The Fourth Man. Never ordered this DVD and have never heard of this company. I googled them and found just a phone number. Not toll-free, but called anyway. Explained I did not order this DVD and why was it sent to me. Lady took my information and said they would look into it. I asked her if she could verify some type of record of why they sent it to me, etc. She said she did not have that information but they would get back to me. I said how, since she did not ask for my phone number or e-mail address. She took my e-mail address and said they would inform me. Not satisfied with this response from a company who is sending me product I did not order. It has not shown up yet on my credit card account or bank account but will still keep looking. This is a scam! Will see if they ever get back to me, but if not, I will just inform my credit card company if it appears.

How did this happen? Concerned that they hacked into my computer somehow...
