They were supposed to sell my timeshare after I let them deduct $1263.31 from my credit card on 3/16/09. They said they had a buyer and it'l be settled in 120 days. Since then I cannot contact them

Ameridan Marketing Group said they could sell my timeshare within 120 days because they already had a buyer. After agreeing, they deducted $1263.31 from my credit card. It did not sell in that time period. They told me they had other buyers and had receive the downpayment which can't be true. They don't answer the phone anymore. Either the mailbox is full or they don't return my calls and I call them often.
