MBNA (Owner/CEO) RIP OFF EMPLOYERS: They hire nannies and then refuse to pay thier nannies the wages they are owed!

Michael and Juliet Holleran are famous, famous for not paying their hired help.
From housekeepers to nannies, they are continually hiring and then firing and refusing to pay. They pay cash and Michael writes checks from his business account and claims it as business expenses, but the 'cash only' method of hiring and his demands that the hired help not file taxes or claim the income, is his way of keeping it 'off the books' and it leaves the hired help with few options when they are owed money and the Hollerans refuse to pay. I am currently owed well over $1,000.00. They claim to be wealthy, and Juliet brags about her purchases and the amounts she spends, but their inability to pay their help on a regular basis and their continued stalling when it's payday, speaks volumes of their true financial status. If they live on credit, that's their business, but have the decency to pay the help!

IF they were as wealthy as they claimed, they could afford to pay their hired helped. They initially promised to pay every week. Then it turned into every two weeks and now the help is lucky to be paid at all. When it is time to pay, they refuse to give the entire check and instead pay 1/2 of what is actually owed with a lame promise to pay the rest 'next time'. The 'next time' never arrives, they continually stay weeks behind in payments and if a nanny quits, they refuse to pay and the nanny has no proof of employment. This enables them to have free nanny help because they don't pay.
Do not accept an offer to work for them unless you want to volunteer your time and work for free.
They also are famous for firing nannies via text message, so there is no advance warning of losing a job and no pay once fired.
It's a lose/lose situation for anyone hired by the Holleran's! You won't be paid without a fight.
