This company referred a nanny that was not good and refused to find a replacement without more fees

We hired In Search of Nanny to refer a nanny to us. The nanny was hired and proceeded to take numerous days off.in the end the nanny left before her last week. We requested that In Search of Nanny work with us to get a new nanny at no charge since we had problems with the nanny that was referred and they refused.in Search of Nanny did absolutely nothing to make a customer happy. They were paid and only cared about receiving their money and nothing about customer satisfaction.
