Paul Vaughn (owner orf P.S.) received over $140,000.00 from us in bank drafts. The new home (not completed) was condemned by the Randolph County Building Inspector (Charles H. Bogard 765-584-0275). Three mechanic's liens have been filed but not paid by vendors for the project. We can not have the cabinets delivered because they are not paid for. We feel this contractor has created a criminal act by taking payment and not paying the vendors or completing the work as required by building codes. Our attorney is John Tanner in Winchester.
