Classical bait and switch techniques used by this unscrupulous company. The rental will cost substantially more than your online reservation (about $200). Once you get to the rental counter, they find ways to bang you out for every conceivable charge.
Their employees are very rude and uninterested in customer service.
They didn't even have the mini van at their location despite having a reservation with them for over a month.
