Terrible customer service - exchange

I returned a heated jacket in original packaging with all the tags attached for an exchange in size.
The service department tried to charge an extra $50 because they said the item was worn and used. It was only tried on and taken off because it was too big. How absurd. Someone in shipping is messing up this company's reputation. I can't imagine this being company procedure. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and writing a letter to the president of the company. I will not buy from this company again.
