Italsuit will not take any returns. Beware!

I purchased a suit from italsuit.com that was too big so I called them and asked if I could return the suit. The person I spoke to gave me an RMA# and told me to send it back for a refund. I ordered the correct size and sent the first one back. They refused to refund my money saying that the suit was missing its tags. However, it was not missing any tags, whoever opended the package didn't even look for it. They were attached to the front of the suit just as I received it. I then emailed them a picture showing the tags and they still refused to accept it saying there were other tags missing.
I am still in dispute with my credit card company about getting a refund from this vendor. Do NOT buy anything from Italsuit.com. They have terrible customer service and will not take your return. They didn't even offer me an exchange. I would have purchased many more item from them in the future had they not been such D-bags about taking my return. Now a I am stuck with an extra suit that is one size too big. I think I will just burn it!
