Customer service is terrible.
Returned item purchased for an exchange in size. Item returned in original packaging with all tags attached.
Cozy winters claimed item was worn and not in new condition. They wanted to charge me an extra $50 to exchange for a different size. Is this a scam or is someone in customer service trying to build their own little empire? My next step is to file a complaint with BBB and write to the president of the company. I will not buy anything from cozy winters. Too bad, it looked like a nice product.
