Horrible Customer Service - maybe a rip off

I ordered a small 7" portable digital TV from LCD Digital. The charge for shipping this unit was $29.00. A week after placing my order I still have not recevied the product. For the $29.00 shipping fee I was charged on an item that only weighs 32 oz. I would have expected to get it in 3 days. They told me that had lots of them in stock so they would ship right away. It has been over a week and I have not received anything.
Multiple calls to the company go unanswered and they do not provide a means for customers to leave their numbers so that they can be called back. Your only choice is to try to call them over and over again. Emails to their customer service email address do not get answered. I suspect that if I ever do get my TV and have problems with it I will not get any customer service. This company may be a scam and I have already contracted my credit card company to alert them.
