Bait/Switch/non delivery of complete orde

Placed an order with digital depot online the first week of January for a package that included camera, two lenses, misc items. Shipping was noted at 7-10 days.By first week of February nothing had arrived. After numerous calls to the company I was advised that the unit I had ordered was the "import" model and would have controls and manuals in Japanese language only. I advised them this would not work and was charged several hundred dollars more for the the English language model. Package was received approximately 3 weeks later, but with only one lens included. Have now sent three emails, and several phone calls to customer service, but still have not received the outstanding item.
