Ripped me off, took my money with no product in return

I bought a pair of handlebars from these guys a year ago, i called them the first time and he said they were having trouble getting steel to make them, after they took the money out of my account 250 dollars worth i called with no answer, and called a month later and gave me a run around and he kept saying well lets figure it out by emailing him the order number and the paperwork stuff. I did 3 times with no phone call back and when i call now the guy has caller id and doesnt pick up the phone!!! This company and this nick guy is a piece of shit! For them to take money out of peoples accounts after i told them the brief times i did talk to them, to cancel my order after a year of not receiving the product and credit my account they never did. I really feel bad for the people that got screwed for more money than i did, and this guy and this company will get theres in the end!
