Nick Ripoly Prevent potentially being ripped off by R & R Legal Services, Nick Ripoly. Do your research before hiring him or any legal assistance person

I hired R & R Legal Services, a.K.A. Nick Ripoly, Corona, CA, to prepare documents for a MSC. The fee was $800. Nick called it a flat fee, saying that I would not have to pay anything else. After getting my $800, Nick told me to call him the following Monday. I did, but he was out of the office. He was out of the office Tuesday as well. He was also out of the office through the rest of the week. I left detailed messages with his assistants and requested a call back. No one called. Two weeks later, I finally got to talk to Nick, who said he was in the process of filing a continuance. However, neither the continuance nor anything else was/is on legal record, that Nick or any of his representative, filed that pertains to my case. He told me to call him to follow up on his filing. I did, but there was no answer at his business or on the personal cell phone number that he gave me. My case is Monday. It is the end of the day on Friday. I have not heard back from him. It looks like I may have been scammed.
