Paradise Blue Deceptive Sales Practices, No Real Discounts

I am one of several who received a FULL refund from Destination Paradise (Valued Guests LLC) aka Paradise Blue aka Pacific Dreams. I have come across many complaints online and it makes me sick to my stomach that in order to lure more customers, they keep changing their names and opening more store fronts such as the one in Maui.
For those who are researching the company, take these complaints into consideration as they come from different parts of the U.S. If you feel you have been scammed, write a letter to the company and call them as well. Don't feel intimidated, they are on a receiver, not in your face. Also, file a complaint with the DCCA Hawaii and the BBB.org. You should hear back from them within a month. Yes, it takes that long as they are being bombarded with complaints and calls about this company. Contact your credit card company and dispute any charges made to your card such as downpayments or the whole amount. If you used Universal and they are harassing you, jot the rep's name down and contact the Attorney General in Minnesota. Make sure to alert Universal or your credit card that you are cancelling your contract with the company.
Don't accept their offer to use their website for FREE as it is not free. Some people have received statements for $189.00 because they viewed the website. Again, it is not free... As we've come to know, nothing is free when it comes to this company. Sure you may be getting two Luau tickets but you're better of spending the money for them than investing your money in this company.
One more thing, keep an eye on your credit report for any negative reports.
Good luck everyone. Don't settle, keep fighting.
