10/11, ordered software from companies web site and paid with credit card. 10/23, received order with 1 item missing which was on the invoice. Complained to vendor via their web site system immediately. 11/06, vendor acknowledged problem via email and said missing software would be sent. No response from vendor to this date: 12/18. Have emailed for either shipment of missing software or a refund 4 times and never get a response. Their phone number gives a "no longer in service" response.
