The Just an Answer is a web based operation that for a modest fee they will get a lawyer to email you a simplified answer. Something that you can get on your own elsewhere for free... Common knowledge stuff. They assert that no worry warranty of "100% Satisfaction" if you do not like the answers rendered. The problem is that's a lie I discovered. They refuse to give you a refund. Even half of the fee paid. They are a rip off... Their answers are so common knowledge the fees are laughable. I bit as the "100% satisfaction" warranty was right up front. It's a lie. They have no intent of refunding any part of the fee paid for a superficial answer received. Screw them!
