I ordered a chrome grille guard for my 4wd. After waiting many days supervisor larry compton emailed me to tell me my amex didnt go thru. I told him this was impossible because the card was clean with a high limit, but i gave him a visa and received item very late. Opened box and found black not chome guard. Took 6 more days of emails and phone calls to get response. I was extra polite explaining mistake, just want exchange.Co. Tells me "i" made mistake and wants me to pay again, i refused. Spoke to returns person stephanie, who kept yelling at me and calling me "listen honey"!!! Got supervisor larry compton who sent email invoice after the fact with wrong description and item claiming they get there online orders from some 3rd person "ghost" co. Who i have been unable to contact. I requested to speak to owner, he refused and when asked about satisfying me he said "the only on i have to satisfy is my wife"!!! I got owners # from different sources, called barry sanders and was insulted non stop for about 45 minutes (larry on ext.), with no results. He told me he was sick of my kind (northerner) complaining, continued to scream as "loud" as he could demanding to know what exit i lived at in n.J. (normal?). He continued: your an idiot, i must teach you like a baby! (good customer service dept?) he claims i hate him because he has a southern accent (again normal?) i need a lawyer for this man, he needs a good lesson in customer relations, these people are "beyond" rude, and i (being a successful business man for 35yrs) am just the guy to do it. All readers unite and teach this bully to stop ripping people off!!!
