Fred (and Lorena) Siller are preying on people's desire to raise money and help others. They are part of several —legal — cash gifting systems which they promote by extending "free" memberships and then charging fees for bogus emailing. They promise to send "1,000s" of emails each day to other prospects and then share the wealth. They do not. They send only a few emails to "dead" or closed email accounts, and after receiving their "fee", which they say they will use to pay "Zak" (the email guy), they do nothing. Fred indeed does have a "silver" tongue and claims he has been "helping"people for years. He and his wife are totally disreputable cheats and liars.
