Ipped off!

I own a three family house. The tenant reported that the bracket connecting her new faucet had come loose. The faucet was not working. I needed a repairman that day. I looked at the Yellow Pages for same day service and chose Rodenhiser. The repairman replaced the faucet (less than 4 months old) and charged me $722.72. He was at the apartment less than 2 hours and the replacement faucet was a builder's grade Delta faucet.
