I had a faucet replaced in my bedroom lavatory. I was told the faucet was the best. I paid $500.00 for it and one ouside faucet at the time.in April of this year the cold water tap started making a terrible screaching noise every time I used it. I have called the company twice and explained my problem and I have been completely ignored both times. They tell me we will get back to you and nothing happens. I guess they think since I am a single femalethey can just ignore me.
