Lack of stock on good selling item

Target truck reached store same ttime as we did. Went to buy Futon Bed for our son. Not in stock. Sales assoc. Was told truck out side. Can not figure out how to tell if on order or is there any on truck. Strange you can not find out if on order. Cash in hand, need Futon now. Call us in the morning around ten thirty... O.K.? Sure and I did... Not on truck... Do not when any will be in... What is wrong with this picture? Do you at the home office tell us the customer when we should come and buy what we want? They tell us that they get none or a large pallet load. Do not punish them for being honest. We buy a lot of things there. You also do not sell bar bells plain. You just sell the one with plastic coatings for the tender hands or women. Why do I have to leave there and go to K. Mart to get bar bells. This puts a bad taste in our mouth. You have a beautiful store but I do not see why things such as cokes and coffee also push us to Wa. Mart. Thank you.
