Freedom Subscription! UniGuard Plus
Took money from my bank account using someone elses name but using my bank account they did it twice promised to refund money by check after I claimed that I was contacting authorities

I have no idea to this day what this company represents or how they got my information. I have never heard of them until after receiving my bank statement they had somehow did electronic checks (2) removing money from my account.
I tracked the company down finally was able to speak to someone and the bank was able to enlarge check enough to read it and they used my daughters name on my checking account and the bank honored it.
I spoke with a employee from something called freedom and they assured me I would receive a total refund but it would have to be by mail in the form of a check of course I have never received it.
