I gave company $922, canceled account, tried 2 get a 42 inch tv instead, but tried 2 send money order, the company number is disconnected

I called blue hippo in the 10/17/08, to purchase a new Dell computer, which includes free digital camera and a free printer, canceled my account in april 09, they told me i wasnt able 2 get money back, instead have a credit, so i agreed, so requested to have a 42in flat screen tv, but when ready to send money order, i called and the number was disconnected and i wasnt sure how to get my money back.
