Rip off

I sent in my check for $16.95 to these people to register. Then I faithfully sent in my grocery receipts. I have been waiting patiently since September for my Visa Cards.
They had no problem cashing my check!!!
Yesterday, I receive my December grocery receipts in the returned mail. No forwarding address. What a SCAM!!!
I am so mad at myself for being so trusting. I will be contacting Clearview Services, in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada from whom we received this SCAM.
If they don't make good on this, there will be a report filed against them as well for promoting a SCAM.
